Starting this blog feels a little bit like inviting someone into my messy-but-comfortable home. You know, the kind of space where you can kick your shoes off, vent about life, swap favorite skincare finds, and talk about the deep stuff too — like burnout, chronic illness, or trying to actually feel good in your body again.
Honestly, I’ve had this tug for a while… this feeling that I needed a space to share more than just quick updates or pretty pictures. A space to talk honestly about the things I’ve learned — the hard way — and the little tricks and tools that have made life feel even a tiny better.
This blog is for the tired but running on autopilot people, the ones trying to prevent that, and anyone and everyone interested in learning.
The ones who are managing a million things — maybe a chronic illness or three, a job that doesn’t quite fit anymore, healing work that never seems to end, or just the everyday chaos of being human.
It’s for anyone who’s ever googled something at 2am and thought, “Why doesn’t anyone talk about this stuff more openly?”
